Federico Norata
Federico Norata, the driving force behind TIK, combines culinary excellence with business savour. Graduate of culinary school in Stersa (E.Maggia) in Italy, Federico has refined his skills in Michelin-starred restaurants across Paris, Monte Carlo, and Champéry (CH).
With a degree in Business administration and a major in International Management from SBS in Kloten, Switzerland, Federico uniquely blends culinary artistry with strategic business insights. His vision for TIK is to bring authentic Tuscan “Trattoria” flavours to Switzerland, making them convenient and accessible without compromising quality.
A passionate and sporty individual, Federico thrives on new challenges and continuous learning, and ensuring TIK remains innovative and customer-focused.
